Ask Mom is an online community and platform for new and expecting mothers to share their opinions about relevant products and services. After joining Ask Mom, users will receive access to a personal profile and invitations to surveys, questionnaires, polls, product tests, focus groups and other kinds of research tools. Companies want to know how the Ask Mom community feels about brands, new product ideas and more. Ask Mom users can voluntarily share their opinion through this platform and receive thank-you gifts like cash rewards and sweepstakes entries in exchange for their participation.

The information in your Ask Mom profile is used to see if you’re suitable for a particular survey. Be sure to complete all profiles to be invited to as many surveys as possible! To complete your profile, from the top of any page, click Earn & Redeem and then Complete Profiles. Some surveys need to know more and use "screener" questions at the start to confirm you qualify. Don’t worry, even if you don’t qualify, you’ll still earn a $0.10 reward.

To update email address, password, name, address, phone number, or notifications: From the top of any page, click Your Account and then Manage Account. To update your demographic profiles like household, family size, automobiles, etc.: From the top navigation of any page, click Earn & Redeem and then Complete Profiles.
